Handmade pasta rolled fresh daily. Wood-fired pizzas kissed by flame. Two decades of love, laughter, and authentic Italian flavors — right in the heart of Austin.
Join us tonight — we can't wait to host you.
In 2003, Marco and Isabella Conti left Calabria with one suitcase, two children, and a worn leather recipe book belonging to Nonna Bella. They opened a tiny trattoria on a corner in Austin — and never looked back.
Today, Bella's Italian Kitchen is a landmark of the Austin dining scene, beloved for its handmade pastas rolled fresh every morning, its roaring wood-fired oven imported from Naples, and its unwavering commitment to the flavors of the old country. Every plate is a love letter to where we came from.
Our pasta team starts at 6am — by the time doors open, everything is perfect. No exceptions.
Our hand-built Ferrara oven reaches 1,200°F — the secret behind that perfect char and airy crust.
We partner with Hill Country farms for produce, while importing DOP-certified tomatoes, cheeses, and olive oils directly from Italy.
Birthdays, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners — our private dining room is perfect for life's most important moments.
Every week our chef Marco personally selects the finest seasonal ingredients to create something you can only get right here, right now.
Every Sunday we serve a set 4-course family-style meal for tables of 4+: antipasti, pasta, a whole-roasted secondi, and dolci. A true Sunday in southern Italy.
Mon–Fri, 4–6pm. Half-price Aperol Spritz, Negroni, and house wines alongside complimentary cicchetti bites. A true Italian tradition in the heart of Austin.
Every Friday & Saturday, our romantic corner tables are reserved for couples. Enjoy a curated 3-course dinner with a bottle of Chianti Classico included.
"The Tagliatelle al Ragù made me cry — I'm not joking. It tasted exactly like my grandmother's in Bologna. After 20 years in Austin, I finally found a place that does Italian right."
"We had our anniversary dinner here and it was absolutely magical. Candlelit table, incredible Osso Buco, a bottle of Barolo — the staff treated us like family. Already planning our return."
"The Margherita pizza is hands-down the best in Texas. Perfect char, pillowy crust, that tomato sauce is something else. I drive from Cedar Park every other Friday and it's always worth it."
A table is always waiting. Stop by any night of the week or send us a message — we'd love to hear from you.
